My name is Beth Howard, and I am an RYT 200+ (Registered Yoga Teacher with 200+ hours of training).

I am also a Mindfulness Educator with training from both Jefferson Hospital's MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Program and certification from Mindful Schools.

It would be my honor to be part of your wellness journey.

Let my system of Yoga+ make you feel younger, be more active, and gain a more positive outlook on your life.  My approach emphasizes the connection between:  Mind, Body, Attitude & Food...with the added bonus that I travel to you in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Mindfulness:

Do you feel like the time is rushing by you??  Let me teach you how to focus your attention on the moment at hand so you can be truly present and mindful throughout your day.  My Mindfulness training classes will teach you how to RESPOND instead of REACT to everyday situations.  These positive effects can improve memory, increase productivity, and add more joy to each day.

Yoga:

Yoga asanas (poses) are wonderful for improving upon your current physical condition, making you feel younger as you increase your body's flexibility and strength.  Your yoga sessions will be designed specifically for you and/or your group using various asanas (poses) and breathing (pranayama) techniques to help you move and feel better.

Life Choices:

Attitude affects everything, everyday.  Part of my Yoga+ approach teaches you to reframe the way you view and understand everyday events and situations in your life to enable you to feel younger and happier. 

I offer education on food choices and simple, healthy cooking.  You really are what you eat, and what you eat affects the way you feel.  Making better choices helps you feel better every day.
