Level 1 - Introduction to Mindfulness Course:
This 3-session series can be offered 1 on 1 at your location. (Group discount available depending on number of participants.) Instruction focuses on Mindfulness basics: Mindful Breathing, Mindful Body and Mindful Eating. Through the course you will learn ways to start to focus your mind more on the present moment so that you are not dwelling on things in the past, nor worrying about the future. With practice of the techniques discussed, you should be able to think more clearly, sleep better, and nourish your body in a fun and healthy way. Each session is about 1 hour long and course materials are provided for each session.
Level 2 - Intermediate Mindfulness Course:
This 3-session series can be offered 1 on 1 at your location. (Group discount available depending on number of participants.) Prerequisite is the completion of the Level 1 Introduction to Mindfulness course. This 3-session series continues your Mindfulness training, focusing on the following topics: Mindful Thoughts, Mindful Heart/Emotions and Mindful Speech. This course takes your Mindfulness practice to the next level. Practicing the techniques from this series promotes deeper understanding of others, closer relationships, and better communication skills, essential for happiness and success both at home and at work. Each session is about 1 hour long and course materials are provided for each session.
Level 3 - Advanced Mindfulness Course:
This 3-session series can be offered 1 on 1 at your location. (Group discount available depending on number of participants.) Prerequisite is the completion of the Level 2 Intermediate Mindfulness course. This 3-session series continues your Mindfulness training, including Fully Guided Meditation Experiences, New Techniques for Home Practice, and Creation of Even Deeper Sense of Peace and Calm in your Home. This course takes your Mindfulness practice to the next level - YOUR FAMILY. Practicing the techniques from this series promotes deeper sense of peace and calm in your home, techniques for meditating as a family or with others, and deeper satisfaction with each day which is essential for happiness and success both at home and at work. Each session is about 1 hour long and course materials are provided for each session.
